自我效能加油站护理对非小细胞肺癌患者希望水平和负性情绪的影响

摘要

目的 探讨自我效能加油站护理对非小细胞肺癌患者希望水平和负性情绪的影响.方法 选取2016年1—10月都江堰市人民医院收治的初次化疗并拟行6个周期化疗的非小细胞肺癌患者142例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组71例.对照组给予常规护理,试验组患者在对照组基础上予以自我效能加油站护理;两组患者均持续干预6个化疗周期.比较两组患者干预前后Herth希望量表、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分.结果 干预前两组患者对现实与未来的积极态度、采取的积极行动、与他人保持亲密的关系评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后试验组患者对现实与未来的积极态度、采取的积极行动、与他人保持亲密的关系评分高于对照组(P<0.05).干预前两组患者SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后试验组患者SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05).干预前两组患者生理维度评分、心理维度评分、社会关系维度评分、环境维度评分及WHOQOL-BREF总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后试验组患者生理维度评分、心理维度评分、社会关系维度评分、环境维度评分及WHOQOL-BREF总分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 自我效能加油站护理能有效提升非小细胞肺癌患者希望水平,减少患者负性情绪,提高患者生存质量.%Objective To investigate the impact of self-efficiency gas station based nursing care on hope level and negative emotions in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods A total of 142 non-small cell lung cancer patients undergoing first 6-cycle chemotherapy were selected in the People's Hospital of Dujiangyan,and they were divided into control group and test group according to random number table,each of 71 cases. Patients in control group received routine nursing care,while patients in test group received self-efficiency gas station based nursing care;both group intervened for 6 cycles of chemotherapy. Herth scale score,SAS score,SDS score and WHOQOL-BREF score were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results No statistically significant differences of positive attitude towards reality and future score,adopted positive actions score or maintaining close relationships with others score was found between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);while positive attitude towards reality and future score,adopted positive actions score and maintaining close relationships with others score in test group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). No statistically significant differences of SAS score or SDS score was found between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05), while SAS score and SDS score in test group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group after intervention (P<0.05). No statistically significant differences of biological dimension score,psychological dimension score,social relation dimension score,environmental dimension score or total WHOQOL-BREF score was found between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),while biological dimension score,psychological dimension score,social relation dimension score, environmental dimension score and total WHOQOL-BREF score in test group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-efficiency gas station based nursing care on can effectively improve the hope level and quality of life,reduce the negative emotions in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.
