关于晶闸管关断过程中电流跳变的调查研究

摘要

With the continuous improvement of locomotive performance,the demand of power semiconductor is increasing.As a practical semi-controlled semiconductor device,thyristors are expected to get better parameters and stability.Parameter performance and stability of the thyristors used on hight speed trains are crucial.To ensure thyristors get smooth turu-off process,without current jump,multiple failure cases are investigated,the failure mode is analyzed and a new routine quality screen test is proposed.%随着机车性能的不断提升,对功率半导体器件的要求也日益增加.晶闸管作为实用的半控半导体器件,对其参数性能及稳定性要求越来越高.动车用晶闸管在开通及关断过程中的相关参数及稳定性尤为重要.针对动车用晶闸管在关断过程中有电流跳变的现象做出相应调查研究及检测手段,避免在关断过程中有电流跳变的晶闸管装车使用.点弧特性测试能够有效检测出晶闸管开通及关断过程中的相关参数及稳定性.
