基于电能质量特性的配变综合补偿策略研究

         

摘要

A comprehensive compensation device with certain capacity is advised to be installed on the low voltage side of the transformer to cope with increasingly severe power quality problems in low-voltage distribution system,such as harmonics,reactive power and unbalanced three-phase.Since the compensation device capacity is limited,an integrated compensation control strategy is presented based on the comprehensive evaluation method of power quality and the traditional real time detection and control method,which can promote the compensation capacity utilization of comprehensive compensation device.The strategy uses the power quality comprehensive evaluation method to quantify the power quality index,in order to reflect the power quality,so that the compensation ratio of each compensation is adjusted periodically by the comprehensive compensation device.Therefore,compensation device capacity is more reasonably utilized.Finally,the superiority of the proposed integrated compensation control strategy is verified by the simulation and experimental results.%针对低压配电网日益严重的电能质量问题,在配电变压器低压侧加装一定容量的综合补偿装置对谐波、无功及三相不平衡进行集中综合治理与补偿.由于补偿装置容量受限,为了提高综合补偿装置的补偿容量利用率,在此提出了一种将电能质量综合评估方法与传统实时检测控制方法相结合的综合补偿控制策略.该策略运用电能质量综合评估方法量化电能质量指标,以反映电能质量情况,使综合补偿装置周期性调整各补偿量的补偿比例,更合理利用补偿容量.最后,通过仿真及实验验证了所提综合补偿控制策略的优越性.
