零件电化学蚀刻工艺探析

         

摘要

电化学蚀刻广泛应用于航空领域各种零件的永久性标识,如果字迹不合格,进行返修时,很容易出现重影或越界腐蚀等质量问题,因此提高电化学蚀刻工序一次合格率特别重要.通过实际蚀刻过程中的探索实验,分析了影响电蚀刻质量的主要因素,并提出了解决办法.%Electrochemical etching was widely used in aviation field for permanent mark on various parts. In case of fault writing, some quality problems, such as double image and trans-boundary corrosion, were easy to occurred in reworking processes. So it's very important to increase the primary percent of pass in electrochemical etching process. In this paper, principal factors of the etching process were analyzed by etching test.
