厚朴藤壶蚧寄生蜂调查研究

         

摘要

在湖北省恩施土家族苗族自治州,藤壶蚧(Asterococcus muratae)是危害厚朴(Magnolia of ficinalis)最严重的害虫.通过试管饲养藤壶蚧越冬成虫收集到4种寄生蜂,经鉴定隶属于小蜂总科跳小蜂科的短腹花翅跳小蜂(Microterys breviventris)、双带阿德跳小蜂(Adelencyrtus bi asciatus)、暗色卡丽跳小蜂(Charitopus obscurus)和纽绵蚧跳小蜂(Encyrtus sasakii).其中短腹花翅跳小蜂个体数占收集个体总数的60.8%,其余3种依次为23.9%、10.2%和5.1%,表明短腹花翅跳小蜂为优势种群.在自然状态下4种天敌总寄生率达到16%以上,室内饲养寄生率为20.5%,是藤壶蚧最重要的天敌昆虫类群.4种寄生蜂为湖北新记录种.暗色卡丽跳小蜂为寄主新记录种.%In Enshi Tujia and Miao nationality autonomous state, Hubei Province, Asterococcus muratae Kuwana is the most harmful Magnolia officinalis pest. By raising the A. muratae nymphs in the tubes, 4 kinds of parasitic wasps were collected, and they were identified as Microterys breviventris Xu, Adelencyrtus bifasciatus (Ishii), Charitopus obscurus (Erdoes) and Encyrtus sasakii Ishii, which are affiliated with Encyrtidae in Chalcidoidea. A-mong them M. brevientris individuals made up 60. 8% of the total collection, and the other three kinds occupied 23. 9%, 10. 2% and 5.1%, respectively. It was illustrated that M. breviventris was the dominant species. In natural state, the total parasitism rate of these four kinds of natural enemies could reach over 16%. In contrast, under the artificial raising circumstances, the rate was 20. 5%. These four kinds were the most important natural insect enemy monoid of A. muratae. The four kinds of parasitic wasps were newly recorded species in Hubei. The C. obscurus was newly recorded host species.
