建设特色小镇是经济新常态下加快区域创新发展的战略选择,文章在深入分析特色小镇内涵的基础上,结合安徽省白地镇的规划案例,从规模选址、产业转型、功能聚合、空间优化、风貌营造和机制保障等方面探索提升区域核心价值、加快高端要素集聚、产业转型升级、历史文化传承与实现创新驱动的路径,以期为特色小镇规划建设提供有益的借鉴.%Characteristic town is the new development strategy in the new period, is the important measure that advance the high-levelelements agglomeration, industry transformation and upgrading, historical cultural inheritance, and innovation-driven.
