软触媒叠加下的北京市宛平城更新改造规划策略

In the urban accelerant view, the paper analyzes these soft-accelerants including the policy, history, culture, and tourism by the method of semantic differential. Then, makes a superposition to these accelerants, gets the best important accelerant and the best activate carrier. At last, following the data analysis result, from the accelerant and carrier views, put forwards the renovation strategies that advance the policy effecting the carriers, excavate the historical resources, develop the specialty industry, and construct the various public spaces. Thus, advances the renovation of Wanping Fortress.%文章首先从城市触媒理论的视角出发,利用语义分析法量化分析宛平城政策、历史、文化和旅游等多种软触媒的重要程度;其次,将待更新的宛平城内节点作为触媒载体进行双向叠加,得到最重要的软触媒和最佳激活载体;最后,针对数据分析结果,从软触媒和触媒载体两个角度提出了将政策精准作用到触媒载体、挖掘历史资源、开发特色产业和塑造多样化公共空间等更新改造策略,以推动宛平城的全面复兴.
