重庆市海绵城市规划建设径流控制关键技术

摘要

为实现城市可持续发展和环境资源协调,建设具有自然积存、自然渗透和自然净化功能的海绵城市将成为今后我国城市建设的主要方向.文章从城市规划建设的角度出发,基于《海绵城市建设技术指南—低影响开发雨水系统构建(试行)》,结合重庆市海绵城市建设实践,提出年径流总量控制目标及分解方法、优化设计降雨量等关键技术,以提升海绵城市规划水平,促进海绵城市建设综合效益的发挥.%In order to come true urban sustainable development and environment-resource coordination, sponge city plan has become the main method to Chinese cities. Following the urban plan view, bases on the technical guide of sponge, combines Chongqing practice, the paper put forwards the goal and method of runoff control, and the improving technology of rainfall design, improves the sponge city planning, advances the sponge city function.
