我国旧城文化核心区问题日趋复杂,涉及文化、经济、社会和体制等诸多方面,而广泛应用于理想化空间形态的常规城市设计方法已较难满足这一区域复兴的需要.文章在对"成都中心"片区的空间、功能、文化及利益主体等特征进行分析的基础上,统筹考虑这些特征与片区内历史文化、城市发展、社会经济等的内在联系,在城市设计中借鉴历史格局延续场所精神,协调多方诉求优化总体方案,植入多元活动复兴城市,创新规划管理手段确保城市设计的实施,推动"成都中心"片区的复兴.%Chinese old cities center are faced with culture, economy, society, and system problems, the traditional design method can't fit the renewal requirement. The paper analyzes the space, function, culture, and interest body in"Chengdu Center" area, analyzes the relation among these elements and historical culture, urban development, and social economy, and references the continue spirit, coordinates different requirements, improves the master planning, brings various activities, creatives the plan management, advances the renewal of "Chengdu Center".
