城市公共自行车系统的社会功能规划策略

摘要

Public bicycle has become popular in recent years, but needs integration and improvement in operation. As a tool of transportation, public bicycle conduces to green environment, social justice, city vitality, and cultural dissemination. The paper analyzes the content, mechanism, and barriers of social functions of public bicycle system, proposes planning strategies from station layout and facility improvement, scale prediction, function extension, communal space planning, and cultural branding, and provides a reference for sustainable development of public bicycle system.%近年来，我国城市公共自行车系统建设火热，但系统运营和使用仍存在诸多问题，因此急需对其进行完善和优化。城市公共自行车系统作为社会公益性设施，不仅具有多种交通功能和环保功能，还具有维护社会公正、激发城市活力、促进公共健康和推动文化传播的社会功能。文章通过分析城市公共自行车系统社会功能的内涵、促发机制及实现障碍，探讨其规划的关键内容，并从站点布局与设施优化、系统规模预测、系统功能拓展和复合、骑行交往空间规划及城市骑行文化塑造五个方面提出相应策略，以期为我国城市公共自行车系统的可持续发展提供参考。
