厦门鼓浪屿整治困境、策略与经验

摘要

厦门鼓浪屿是我国文化遗产地的代表之一，其整治提升工作历时多年，积累了大量的经验。文章通过对鼓浪屿整治提升的历程回顾、问题归纳分析、技术路线与策略解析、项目行动梳理等，总结出鼓浪屿整治提升的经验与教训，提出文化遗产地整治提升工作的出发点是保护、切入点是房产、关键点是利益、保障点是政策的基本思路与对策建议。%Xiamen Gulangyu Island is one of the representatives of the cultural heritage sites in China. Its renovation has been going on for many years with rich experience. This paper reviews of the renovation, concludes problems, technique, strategies, and projects. It presents that renovation of cultural heritage site shal center on preservation, deal with housing and property issues, coordinates diferent beneifts, and makes guarantee policy.
