针对产城融合空间尺度和规划标准的研究不足,文章首先通过解读产、城、人关系,梳理产业和人口对城市空间的需求,并以此为桥梁建立基于产城融合基本单元的多层次空间布局模式;其次将产城融合基本单元分为就业圈和生活圈,总结提炼各类就业圈内建筑规模比例、配套设施类型等规划标准;最后结合深圳市龙岗区实践,将产城融合基本单元、空间布局模式和规划标准等作为评价标准,指出龙岗区现状及已有规划在落实产城融合理念方面的不足,并提出规划对策.%Present research on spatial scale and planning standards of industry-city integration is insufficient. The paper firstly analyzes the relation among industry, city, and people, reorganizes the needs of industry and people on urban space, and sets up a multi-layered spatial layout model based on industry-city integration units; then the paper separates the units into employment circle and life circle, concludes planning standards of buildings and facilities in employment circle; finally with Longgang district, Shenzhen case, the paper takes integration units, spatial layout, and planning standards for evaluation of Longgang district, indicates its weakness in status quo and plans, and puts forwards planning strategies.
