Molybdenum dithiophosphate, tungsten dithiophosphate and glyceryl mono-oleate were synthesized and used as lube additives. Their friction reducing performance in lube oil was evaluated by HFRR testing device. Test results showed that these three friction reducing additives could reduce the friction coefficient significantly. Glyceryl mono-oleate had better friction reducing property at low testing temperature, molybdenum dithiophosphate and tungsten dithiophosphate had good friction reducing performance at high temperature. The complex of dithiophosphates and glyceryl mono-oleate exhibited positive synergistic effect on reducing friction.%合成了二烷基二硫代磷酸钼、二烷基二硫代磷酸钨和油酸单甘油酯减摩剂,采用高频往复试验仪(HFRR)评价了3种减摩剂在润滑油中的减摩性能.结果表明:3种减摩剂能够显著降低油品的摩擦系数,油酸单甘油酯在低温时的减摩性能更好,二烷基二硫代磷酸钼和二烷基二硫代磷酸钨在高温时的减摩性能更好;二烷基二硫代磷酸钼和二烷基二硫代磷酸钨与油酸单甘油酯复合后具有显著的减摩增效作用.
