In order to meet the requirements of domestic coal tar hydrogenation process,50 nm ce-ramic membrane was used to filter the coal tar in this study. The results showed that the optimum filtra-tion temperature is 140 ℃ and the optimum operating pressure is 0. 3 MPa. The removal rate of heavy metal,ash and water can reach 90%. After cleaning the membrane the flux recovered to 90%.%为了满足国内煤焦油加氢工艺的要求,进一步提高煤焦油的纯度,选取50 nm的中空陶瓷膜对煤焦油进行过滤实验,同时进行了稳定性和清洗实验.研究结果表明:在过滤温度140℃、操作压力0.3 MPa的条件下,煤焦油的重金属、灰分、水分去除率可达到90%左右,陶瓷膜经清洗剂清洗后膜的渗透率可恢复至初始的90%左右,为煤焦油陶瓷膜高效净化的工业应用奠定基础.
