新型废纸脱墨剂的应用实例--蒲葵纸基材料废纸脱墨

摘要

T his paper developed a new type of waste paper deinking agent . Through the orthogonal experiment method we determined the dosage of each component in the deinking agent formula and the technology of preparation route , measured the physical and chemical properties of deinking agent . After repeated deinking application experiments of waste paper of sabal paper base material, the results showed that the deinking agent had good deinking effect.%研制了一种新型废纸脱墨剂。通过正交实验法确定了脱墨剂配方中各组分的配比用量及制备工艺路线，测定了脱墨剂的理化性能，并对蒲葵纸基材料废纸脱墨进行应用实验。结果表明，该新型废纸脱墨剂具有优良的脱墨效果。
