连续式微波真空干燥设备的设计与试验

摘要

阐述连续式微波真空干燥设备的结构特点和设计要点,分析并确定微波馈口、微波干燥室、微波密封及连续送料系统的结构和相关参数.试验表明,整机结构合理、操作方便、性能稳定、安全可靠,能快速低温干燥出高品质的苹果脆片,产量能满足工厂化生产要求.%The structural characteristics and major technical difficulties of continuous microwave vacuum drying equipment were introduced. The structure and the optimum parameters of microwave feed port, microwave drying chamber, microwave sealing structure and continuous conveyor system were studied and confirmed. The results of performance test proved that it has the advantages of reasonable structure, easy operation, steady performance and reliable security, furthermore, high quality apple chips were produced at lower temperature with shorter drying time by using this equipment. The produce of equipment meet the requirements of industrial nroduction.
