基于多指标正交试验设计的胶辊砻谷机工作参数综合优化分析

摘要

The optimized allocation of rubber roll husker parameters which affects the processing effect is a mulli-faclor and multi-index experimental problem. Based on single-factor optimization analysis, this paper works out the optimal configuration scheme for the comprehensive choices of working parameters in multi-factor orthogonal experimental design through matrix analysis.%胶辊砻谷机工作参数对砻谷工艺效果影响的优化配置是一个多因素、多指标的试验问题,借助正交试验的方法,在单指标优化分析的基础上,利用矩阵分析法解决了多指标正交试验设计中工作参数最优配置方案综合选择问题.
