现代食品机械产品质量保证的基本要求

摘要

This paper analyzes the basic concept and the market demand of food machinery product quality. At the same time, it discusses the food machinery quality design and the influence towards product quality and cost during the designing period. It proposes the basic elements of food machinery products quality assurance including the basic method of quality assurance,the designers' basic quality,the designer's work ideas, and the quality control during the development process. The research has practical significance towards food machinery products quality assurance.%本文分析了食品机械产品质量的基本概念、市场需求,研究了食品机械的质量设计以及设计阶段对产品质量和成本的影响,提出了食品机械产品质量保证的基本要素,包括质量保证的基本方法、设计者的基本素质、设计者的工作思路、开发过程的质量控制,对食品机械产品质量保证具有现实意义.
