In order to set up a HPLC method for determination of niacin,nicotinamide and vitamin B6 in milk powder,the analysis was carried on a C18 (5μm,250mm ×4.6mm)column,whose mobile phase was made by methanol,sodium octane sulfonic acid and triethylamine,flow -rate was 1.0ml /min,and to measure component in 16 minutes can be realized separation.The results showed that with in the scope of their respec-tive concentration was good,the linearity of the method was greater than 0.999,the average recoveries ranged from 88.6% ~109.8% and the relative deviation were between 0.33% ~2.25%.The method is accurate,rapid and high sensitivity and it is suitable for measuring the Niacin,nicotinamide and vitamin B6 in milk powder.%介绍了高效液相色谱法同时测定配方乳粉中烟酸、烟酰胺和维生素 B6的方法。方法采用C18柱(5μm,250mm ×4.6mm),以甲醇、辛烷磺酸钠、三乙胺配制的流动相,流速1.0mL/min 进行等度洗脱,16min 内可以实现对待测组分的基线分离。结果表明,待测组分在各自浓度范围内线性良好,线性相关系数均大于0.999,平均加标回收率为88.6%~109.8%,相对标准偏差为0.33%~2.25%。该方法准确、快速、灵敏度高,适合配方乳粉中烟酸、烟酰胺和维生素 B6含量的同时测定。
