页岩气田集输系统工艺技术分析与研究

         

摘要

Due to scrolling development mode, fluctuated production capacity and pres-sure, numerous gas wells and complicated geological conditions are prominent characteristics of shale gas fields. For domestic shale gas development is still in a early stage,shale gas gather-ing and transportation system is imperfect. According to the analysis of conventional gathering and transportation system arrangement methods, well fields and stations technologies and pu-rification process technologies, conventional methods are defective and inadaptable in shale gas fields. The well field gathering and transportation process should be continuously adjust in scrolling development mode so that the practical operation could not meet the design require-ments.What is more, purification technologies can not adapt to shale gas production and pressure changes. New directions for researches on gathering and transportation technologies and the analysis of technological problems mentioned above will provide useful reference for shale gas technology.%页岩气田采取滚动式开发模式,开发初期具有产能和压力波动大、井数繁多、地理条件复杂等特点.我国页岩气发展起步较晚,页岩气地面集输系统工艺技术还不够完善.通过对页岩气集输系统布置方法、井场和站场工艺以及净化处理技术分析可知,常规集输系统布置理论在页岩气田的应用中存在考虑因素不全面、适应性差等问题;滚动式开发模式要求动态调整页岩气集输井场工艺,造成压缩机组运行偏离设计工况等问题;常规天然气净化技术不能适应页岩气田产量和压力变化.针对地面集输过程所面临的技术难题,提出了集输系统工艺技术研究新方向,为我国页岩气集输技术攻关提供参考.
