柴油机空气系统数学模型研究

         

摘要

According to the analysis of working process of air system,established the mathematical model of diesel air system with both turbocharger and high-pressure loop EGR,analyzed the major parameters impacting air system perform-ance as well as predicted the impacting ways of air system.Built the model of the engine by using BOOST which included the above-described air system,analyzed the relationship between the above-described parameters and the air system per-formance in order to verify the validity of the mathematical model.The results showed that the study of the mathematical model has a certain of significance for the qualitative analysis of air system.The mathematical model can also provide the theoretical basis for air system modeling,which can be widely used in model based diesel engine electronic control system development.%通过对空气系统工作过程进行分析,建立了带有涡轮增压器和高压排气再循环回路的柴油机空气系统的数学模型,并依据模型研究影响空气系统性能的主要参数,预测其对空气系统性能的影响方式。用BOOST软件搭建带有该空气系统的柴油机模型,分析上述参数与空气系统性能之间的关系,以此验证所建数学模型的有效性。研究结果表明,数学模型研究对空气系统的定性分析具有一定的指导意义,并可为当前基于V模式的柴油机电控系统开发提供空气系统建模的理论依据。
