正交法优选玄参中哈巴俄苷的提取工艺研究

摘要

目的：优选玄参中哈巴俄苷的提取工艺。方法：运用正交设计法，以哈巴俄苷含量为指标，考察浸泡时间，提取时间，乙醇浓度及液料倍数对其提取效果的影响。结果：最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度75%，液料倍数为12，浸泡1h，提取2.5h。结论：本方法下提取率高，简单便捷，节约经济成本，将有助于玄参相关制剂品的提取及制备。%Objective:To optimize the extraction process of hapagoside of Scrophularia ningpoensis.Method:With the orthogonal design method, the contents to hapagoside as an index, soaking time, extracting time, ethanol concentration and liquid ratio on the extraction effect.Results:The best extraction technology for ethanol concentration 75%, liquid multiples of 12, soak 1 h, extraction of 2.5 h.Conclusion:The extraction rate is high, this method is simple and convenient, save the economic costs, will help the figwort root extraction and preparation of related preparation.
