首次建立百合中2个甾体皂苷的高效液相色谱含量测定方法.采用Shim-pack VP-ODS (4.6 mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-水梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长205 nm.化合物1和2的线性范围及相关系数分别为:1.03 ~10.30ug(r=0.9998)和1.26~12.56 μg(r=0.9999);平均回收率分别为100.59%和99.97%.该方法操作简便,结果准确,重现性好,可用于百合中2个甾体皂苷的含量测定,为建立和完善中药百合药材的质量控制方法提供依据.%A method was established for determining two steroidal saponins (compounds 1 and 2) in lilium brownii by HPLC for the first time. Separation was achieved by A Shim-pack VP-ODS column (4. 6 mm x250 mm,5 μm ) using acetonitrile and water (containing 0.1% phosponic acid) as the mobile phase with gradient elution at the flow rate of 1. 0 mL/min, column temperature at 30 ℃ and the wavelength of UV detection was 205 nm. There were good linear correlations between the studied concentrations of the two steroidal saponins and their chromatographic peak areas,and the correlation coefficients were 0. 9998-0.9999. The recoveries of two steroidal saponins were 100.59 and 99.97% .respectively. The RSD of precision and accuracy was less than 3%. The determination results of three batch samples showed that the method was simple,accurate and could be used in the quantitative determination of two components in the Lilium brownie.
