滚珠丝杠副外滚道研磨设备工装优化设计

         

摘要

为了能够有效地对滚珠丝杠副进行研磨加工,基于滚珠丝杠副的特点,设计了一种滚珠丝杠副外滚道研磨设备的工装,建立了研磨工装的数学模型,并且通过有限元分析软件WORKBENCH对该工装进行了优化设计.最终,通过设计相应的滚珠丝杠副外滚道研磨试验,分析了该研磨设备的工装对滚珠丝杠副外滚道研磨后的行程误差、齿形误差、残余应力以及粗糙度的影响,试验表明,该研磨工装能够有效地改善滚珠丝杠副的行程误差、齿形误差、残余应力以及粗糙度,从而提高滚珠丝杠副的综合性能,为后期研磨设备的制造奠定了基础.%In order to effectively on the ball screw grinding characteristics of ball screw based on the design of a ball screw outer raceway grinding equipment and tooling,established the mathematical model of grind-ing tooling, and the tooling was optimized by finite element analysis software WORKBENCH. Finally, through the design of the corresponding ball screw outer raceway grinding test, analysis of the grinding e-quipment,tooling error of the ball screw outer raceway grinding residual tooth error, impact force and roughness test showed that the grinding tools can effectively improve the error of ball screw the deputy,tooth profile error,residual stress and roughness,so as to improve the comprehensive performance of ball screw, which laid the foundation for the manufacturing stage grinding equipment.
