国外公共租赁住房项目可持续性研究进展

摘要

Public rental housing (PRH) projects are the mainstream of affordable housing projects in China, and thus their sustainable developments have profound effects and are crucial. However, in comparison with PRH projects abroad, their histories in China are short and relative research results are rare. This paper summarizes research results of the sustainability of PRH projects abroad from four perspectives, namely the ecological sustainability, the economic sustainability, the social sustainability and the comprehensive sustainability. Then, shortcomings and research directions of sustainability-relative researches of PRH projects are proposed, which supports the practical and theoretical value of this paper.%作为我国保障性住房的建设主体，公共租赁住房项目的可持续发展影响深远，至关重要。但是，相对于国外而言，公共租赁住房项目在我国的发展历史较短，其可持续性方面的研究成果也较少。从公共租赁住房项目的生态可持续性、经济可持续性、社会可持续性和综合可持续性等四个方面，总结国外公共租赁住房项目可持续性相关研究成果，指出目前存在的不足和未来可能的研究方向，具有重要的现实和理论价值。
