为缓解气候变迁和城市化引发的不利影响,城市开放空间所发挥的生态系统服务功能也愈加重要.社区公园作为重要的开放空间,其建设应妥善平衡游憩、审美与生态系统服务间的关系.然而目前关于社区公园雨洪管理这一生态系统服务方面的有关研究仍有不足.本文基于城市雨洪管理实践"四步骤"流程方法,针对社区公园雨洪管理进行案例比较研究.研究发现:1)"四步骤"流程可有效应用于社区公园雨洪管理的可持续评估方面;2)环境效益评估和全生命周期成本可作为评估雨洪管理可持续性实践的有效工具.%With the development of urbanization and climate change, it is increasingly imperative that community parks should have both traditional functions (such as leisure, recreation, and landscape aesthetics) and stormwater management functions (such as stormwater storage and flood mitigation). However, most community parks lack the integration of multi-functions mentioned above. Based on the study of urban stormwater management in and outside China, this study presents a four-step process for stormwater management in community parks with the aim of comparing the stormwater practices in Hillside Eco-Park, China and Crescent and Pioneer Halls, Singapore. The results show that: (1) the four-step process can be effectively used for implementing sustainable stormwater management in community parks; (2) the evaluation of environment benefit and life cycle cost (LCC) is an effective way to measure the effectiveness of sustainable practices of stormwater management.
