基站功率放大器的阻抗匹配

         

摘要

In order to improve the performance of power amplifier working at big signal and high frequecy, this paper optimizes the effect of base station power amplifier with advanced design system. According to the situation that the base station power amplifier doesn't have enough output power and it can't play the expect effect, we put forward a new method to design base station power amplifier, and then uses this method to simulate some parameters of a base station power amplifier with a center frequency of 2000MHz, to increase the coverage of the base station. Comparing with the actual results, the simulation results show that this method is very effective.%为了改善功率放大器在大信号、高频率情况下的工作性能,采用了高级设计系统进行基站功放的优化。针对基站功放输出功率小不能发挥预期效果的情况,提出了一种新的基站功放设计方法。并且对中心频率为2000MHz基站功放的各种参数进行了仿真优化,从而增大了基站的覆盖范围。通过同实际结果相比较验证了这种方法的有效性。
