精细化管理在深圳市河道管理中的应用

摘要

Urban rivers have been cosmically renovated in Shenzhen since 2007. Both of the riparian landscape and the water environment have been promoted substantially. With the comprehensive dredging projects have been completed, the renovated urban rivers are in the period of the synthesized maintainable management. For the people enjoying a long-term remediation and improving the long-term management of urban river, the modern city river management with the characteristics of the times was put forward in Shenzhen, which was based on information management. The rivers were meticulous and enterpreneurial managemented. Through the practice for 2 years, the channel management level was enhanced by meticulous management. the new situation of long-term management was realized of urban river.%　　自2007年以来，深圳对城市河道进行了大规模整治。目前城市河道河岸景观和水体环境得到了大幅提升改善。随着整治工程的完工，深圳城市河道已进入了综合管养期。为使市民长效享受整治成果，完善城市河道长效管理机制，深圳市提出了符合时代特征的现代城市河道管理理念，以信息化为基础，对河道进行精细化、企业化管理。通过两年多的实践，精细化管理提升了河道管理水平，实现了城市河道长效管理的新局面。
