粘弹性磁性磨具的细观力学数值模拟及实验研究

         

摘要

A new type of magnetic abrasives-viscoelastic magnetic abrasives was proposed.Under the effect of magnetic field force,has a certain liquidity of the viscoelasticity magnetic abrasive can be very good to adapt to complex structured surfaces,and forming a conformable“flexible finishing film” with the processed workpiece surface,so a rapid relative motion is formed with the workpiece surface,thus achieve surface micro/nano level processing.Based on the theory of particle-filled composite material,the microstructure model of viscoelastic magnetic abrasive is established, calculating the stress distribution of particle interface and within the matrix,analyzing of the abrasive damage form and position that may occur,good machining effect is obtained by adding coupling agent in abrasive.Thus provides a theoretical basis for the preparation of viscoelasticity magnetic abrasives and practical use.%介绍了一种新型磁性磨具———粘弹性磁性磨具。在磁场力作用下,具有一定流动性的粘弹性磁性磨具可以很好地适应复杂结构化表面,与被加工工件表面形成相吻合的“柔性光整膜”,通过与工件表面形成快速相对运动,实现表面微纳米级加工。基于颗粒填充复合材料理论,建立粘弹性磁性磨具的细观结构模型,计算颗粒界面和基体内的应力分布情况,分析磨具可能出现的损伤形式及位置,通过在磨具中加入偶联剂取得良好的加工效果。为粘弹性磁性磨具的制备及实际使用提供了依据。
