工业机器人在拖拉机变速箱生产线自动化改造中的应用

         

摘要

为了提升流水线作业能力,提出应用工业机器人进行拖拉机变速箱生产线自动化改造的解决方案.所提改造方案选择我国自主研发的ER50-C20工业机器人进行自动化生产,通过实地考察拖拉机变速箱生产线环境,对工业机器人安装方位、工业机器人操作范围、产品传动空间和产品搬运方位等生产线布局进行了改造,使用ROBOGUIDE软件对工业机器人的自动化加工进程进行编程,并给出控制工业机器人动作的控制函数.实验结果表明,经改造后,拖拉机变速箱自动化生产线的生产负荷大幅度降低,产品质量得到了改进.%In order to improve the operational capability of the assembly line,a solution of applying industrial robots to au-tomation reconstruction of the tractor gearbox production line is proposed. In the solution,the ER50-C20 industrial robot re-searched and developed in China is selected for the automation production. The production line layout containing installation po-sition and operation range of industrial robots,product gearing space,and product transportation orientation was reconstructed according to the on-the-spot investigation result of tractor gearbox production line environment. The ROBOGUIDE software is used to compile the program for the automation processing procedure of industrial robot,and the control function that controls in-dustrial robot motion is given. The experimental results show that the the production load of the reconstructed tractor gearbox au-tomation product line is greatly reduced,and the product quality has been improved.
