提高云锡卡房铜选厂尾矿锡、钨、铋、金、银回收率的生产实践

摘要

针对某铜选厂尾矿选别工艺存在的问题,采用浮选—重选—浮选—重选的工艺,对现工艺进行了改造,铋、钨及锡回收率分别提高了21.15％、4.12％、15.07％,钨锡得到较有效的分离,并提高了金、银等贵金属的回收率,获得了显著的经济效益.%Aiming at the existing problems of a copper concentrator,flotation-gravity separation-flotation-gravity separation process is applied to upgrade the current process.The recovery of Bi,W,and Sn is raised by 21.15％,4.12％ and 15.07％ respectively.The Sn and W are effective separated and the recovery of Au and Ag is improved as well,which obtains obvious economic benefit.
