三轴高强井壁试验加载装置优化设计及力学特性分析

         

摘要

为提高现有的三轴高强井壁试验加载装置承载能力,通过在其中部加肋的方式,对其进行优化设计;利用ANSYS有限元软件,进行弹塑性数值分析,得出了加载装置优化前后的极限承载力和应力分布特征.数值模拟分析表明:加肋优化后的加载装置筒壁不仅可满足承载力要求,而且应力分布更加合理.加载装置加肋高度为100 mm,厚度为38 mm时,既可满足安全要求,经济上也较为合理.%In order to improve the loading capacity of the loading device applied to the available triaxial and high strength mine shaft liner test,with a reinforced method applied to the central part,an optimized design was conducted.With the application of the ANSYS finite element software,a numerical analysis on the elastoplasticity was conducted and the limit loading force and stress distribution features were obtained before and after the optimization of the loading device.The numerical simulation analysis showed that after the optimization of the reinforcement,the cylinder wall of the loading device would not only meet the requirements of the loading forces and the stress distribution would be more rational.When the reinforced height was 100 mm and the thickness was 38 mm,the loading device could not only meet the safety requirement and but also could be rational in economics.
