行洛坑钨矿伴生钼铜铋浮选分离新工艺研究

         

摘要

为提高宁化行洛坑钨矿伴生钼铜铋硫化矿的浮选分离指标,采用优先浮钼—铜铋混浮—铜铋分离—铋粗精矿再浸出收铋新工艺进行了试验研究,获得了钼品位为45.37%、钼回收率为90.46%的钼精矿,铜品位为23.01%、铜回收率为91.03%的铜精矿及铋品位为62.37%、铋回收率为60.09%的铋精矿.与现场原来采用的钼铜铋依次优先浮选工艺相比,试验新工艺使钼精矿钼回收率提高了4个百分点以上、铜精矿铜回收率提高了8个百分点以上、铋精矿铋回收率提高了52个百分点以上,效果显著.%In order to optimize the effect of flotation separation for associated Mo-Cu-Bi sulfide ore of Xing Luokeng Tungsten ore, "Mo preferential flotation, Cu-Bi separation after bulk flotation for Mo tailings, recovering Bi by leaching Bi rough concentrate" technological process was adopted and a better experimental index was obtained. The results of closed-circuit test show that Mo concentrate with Mo grade of 45. 37% and recovery of 90.46% ; Cu concentrate with Cu grade of 23.01% and recovery of 91. 03% ; Bi concentrate with Bi grade of 62. 37% and recovery of 60. 09% are obtained. In Comparison with the original process, the recovery of Mo, Cu and Bi is respectively improved above 4 precentate points, 8 precentate points and 52 precentate points.
