大吉山钨矿钼铋无氰浮选分离回收的试验研究

         

摘要

This paper makes experimental study of Bismuth-molybdenum's Cyanide-free Flotation and Recovery in Dajishan Tungsten Mine. Comparison experiments on inhibitor type and amount, collector agent amount are performed in light of sulfide ore properties. The preferential flotation process of "Floating coarse molybdenum-coarse molybdenum selection-Tailings bismuth floating out of tailings"is adopted. Bismuth-molybdenum's cyanide-free flotation is practiced by using non-cyanide combined inhibitors of Na2CO3, ZnSO4 and Na2S to replace cyanide. The experiments have obvious environmental benefits. Processing indexes, which are close to those by Cyanide beneficiation process, including Mo containing rate 39.13 %, Mo recovery rate 55.63 %, bismuth concentrate containing 15.21%, bismuth recovery rate 80.87%, are obtained.%对江西大吉山钨业有限公司钨精矿脱硫后硫化矿进行了钼、铋无氰浮选分离回收的试验研究。针对该硫化矿性质,进行了抑制剂种类和用量、捕收剂用量等比较试验,采用了优先浮粗钼精矿-粗钼精矿精选-浮粗钼精矿的尾矿再浮铋的优先浮选工艺流程,使用非氰组合抑制剂Na2CO3、ZnSO4、Na2S取代氰化物进行了钼铋无氰浮选分离,试验具有明显的环境效益,并获得了与矿山传统的有氰选矿工艺相近的选矿指标:钼精矿含钼39.13%、钼回收率55.63%,铋精矿含铋15.21%、铋回收率80.87%。
