间充质干细胞的免疫调节可塑性研究进展

         

摘要

Mesenchymal stem cells ( MSCs) , also known as pluripotent MSCs , reside in almost all tissues and have the potential for self-replication and multi-directional differentiation and are the key cellular sources of tissue repair and regen -eration.When inflammation occurs in the body , the exogenous MSCs migrate to the damaged tissue and participate in the repair.During this process,the inter-relationship between the MSCs and the inflammatory microenvironment plays an impor -tant role,and the molecular mechanism of action among them is gradually understood .Depending on the type and concentra-tion of inflammatory cytokines , MSC may exhibit immunosuppressive or potentiating abilities at the site of inflammation , i.e.the plasticity of MSCs .MSCs have the features of great potential of differentiation ,strong proliferation , low immunoge-nicity,and easy access,therefore may become the most promising clinical pluripotent stem cells .%间充质干细胞(MSC)也称多潜能MSC,几乎存在于所有组织中,其具有自我复制能力和多向分化潜能,是关键的组织修复和再生的细胞来源.当机体发生炎症损伤时,外源性MSC迁移到受损组织并参与修复,在这个过程中,MSC与炎症微环境间的相互联系发挥了重要作用,其中的细胞分子作用机制逐渐被人们了解.根据炎性细胞因子不同的类型和水平,MSC在炎症部位可以表现出免疫抑制或增强的能力,即MSC的可塑性调节.MSC具有分化潜力大、增殖能力强、免疫原性低、取材方便等特征,有可能成为最具临床应用前景的多能干细胞.
