The term "superbugs" refers to microbes with resistance to almost all antibiotics specifically recommended for the rrntreatment.The infection caused by Gram negative bacilli with resistance to carbapenem antibiotics has posed a great rrnchallenge to clinical work in recent years, and it has become tougher with the improper use of antibiotics.As for rrnpervention from formation and spread of carbapenem resistance producers,detection and monitoring of carbapenemase should rrnbe strengthened, in which the engagement of the board and executive of hospitals, quality control in rrnlaboratory,optimized and proper use of antibiotics, and prevention of hospital infection are of great importance.%"超级细菌"是指对几乎所有治疗药物均耐药的细菌.近年来,临床面临的主要细菌耐药问题是革兰阴性杆菌碳青霉烯类抗生素耐药性的产生,而且抗菌药物的不合理应用增加了治疗难度.在工作中应加强碳青酶烯酶的检测和监测,防止产碳青酶烯酶细菌的产生及播散.其中,医疗机构管理层参与、实验室质控、抗菌药物规范使用和院内感染控制等非常重要.
