丹参多酚酸盐干预对不稳定性心绞痛患者窦性心率震荡及血清心肌损伤指标的影响

摘要

目的：：探讨注射用丹参多酚酸盐对不稳定性心绞痛患者窦性心率震荡及血清心肌损伤指标的影响。方法：采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组、观察组。对照组患者进行常规西药治疗，观察组患者除进行常规西药治疗外，还加用丹参多酚酸盐治疗。患者于入组时及治疗14d后分别进行心电图窦性心率震荡(HRT)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及肌酸激酶同功酶(CK-MB)检测，并比较治疗14d后患者的心电图及临床疗效。结果：两组患者治疗后震荡初始(TO)值均显著降低(P<0.05)，震荡斜率(TS)值均显著增加(P<0.05)；治疗后观察组患者TO、TS值变化更加明显(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗后血清hs-CRP、CK-MB水平均显著降低，较治疗前均有明显差异，有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)，血清hs-CRP、CK-MB水平治疗后观察组降低更加明显(P<0.01)。治疗14d后两组患者心电图改变、临床症状缓解情况，观察组显著好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：注射用丹参多酚酸盐可明显改善不稳定性心绞痛患者窦性心率震荡，降低血清hs-CRP、CK-MB水平。%Objective:To explore effects of Salvianolate on heart rate turbulence and myocardial injury serum index in patients with unstable angina. Methods:The patients were divided into observation group (42 cases) and control group (40 cases) by random number table method. Western medicine therapy was conducted for control group, while conventional western medicine therapy was also conducted for observation group, complemented by Salvianolate. At the beginning of group division and 14 days after the therapy, heart rate turbulence ( HRT) in electrocardiogram, high sensitive C-reactive protein ( hs-CRP) and creatine kinase isoenzyme ( CK-MB) were detected. Electrocardiogram and clinical effectiveness were compared after 14-day therapy. Results:After the therapy, the turbu-lence onset (TO) values of the two groups were reduced dramatically (P<0. 05), while turbulence slope (TS) values of the two groups increased significantly (P<0. 05). After the therapy, the differences of observation group in TO and TS values were more signif-icant (P<0. 01) After the therapy, the levels of hs-CRP and CK-MB of the two groups decreased significantly, and the differences before and after the therapy were statistically significant (P<0. 01);moreover, the decreases in observation were more significant (P<0. 01). After the 14-day therapy, the improvements in electrocardiogram and clinical symptoms of observation group were much better than those of control group (P<0. 05). Conclusions:Salvianolate for injection for the patients with instable angina can improve HRT index more effectively, and reduce the levels of hs-CRP and CK-MB.
