产品的并行开发模式及提高并行度的方法

摘要

On the basis of the conception of concurrence and concurrent degree, the methods for calculating concurrent degree are analyzed in detail. Four modes of product concurrent development and their implication are given. An example (instrument panel) is discussed, and the concurrent degree is calculated.%给出了并行及并行度的概念，并在此基础上对并行度的计算方法进行了阐述，同时提出了产品并行开发的四种模式及各个模式所包含的意义。最后讨论了一个具体的实例（汽车仪表盘基板），在这个实例中充分地运用了前面提出的理论，并对该产品开发的并行度进行了计算。
