低成本快速原型制造控制系统的设计与研制

         

摘要

目前快速原型制造(RPM)系统的价格非常昂贵,严重地影响了其推广应用的进度。影响RPM成本的因素众多,本文只从RPM控制系统出发,在保证控制系统性能的前提下,针对RPM系统的特点,以综合成本最低为目标,提出了低成本RPM控制系统的软硬件结构,讨论了低成本RPM控制系统的设计和研制中所采用的一些关键技术。此低成本RPM控制系统已经成功地应用在华中科技大学开发的低成本系列LOM和SLS系统中,实际应用表明:采用此RPM低成本控制系统方案,可以使其成本比传统的控制方法降低一半左右;同时,也提高了控制系统的可靠性,工作性能也完全满足RPM的加工要求。%Today, The cost of rapid prototyping manufacturing(RPM) system is very expensive, so its application is greatly limited. There are many factors affecting the cost of RPM. According to the characteristics of RPM system, the software and hardware structures of low-cost control system with high control performance and the lowest cost are presented. Some key techniques adopted during the design and development of the low-cost RPM control system are discussed. This low-cost RPM control system was successfully applied to the low-cost series LOM(laminated objective manufacturing) and SLS(selective laser sintering) system. Practical application shows that the cost of the low-cost RPM control system is about 50% less than that of the conventional RPM control system. At the same time, the low-cost RPM control system, which can meet the fabrication requirements of RPM, also improves reliability of RPM control system.
