板料成形快速仿真集成系统功能模型设计

介绍了将自动测量技术、离散点直接生成有 限元网格技术，板料有限元数值模拟仿真技术等集成在一起，建立金属板料快速仿真集成系 统，使用IDEF0法建立了集成系统的功能模型，并说明了各模块的具体作用，为整个系统的 建立奠定了基础。%In this paper, the technique of coordinate measuring, the algorithm of FEM mesh creation from the digitized data and numerical method are integrated into the rapid simulation system of sheet metal forming. The function model of the integrated system is set up via the IDEF0 method, and the function of each model is described.
