针对NOMEX蜂窝采用组合铣刀加工产生大量粉尘问题,提出了采用立铣刀开槽,再用圆片铣刀切削的新工艺方法。试验证明,该工艺可以完全避免粉尘的产生。在验证该工艺可行性的基础上,利用该工艺进行了NOMEX纸基蜂窝高速切削正交试验,对正交高速切削试验数据的分析,获得了改工艺方法的铣削力公式以及各个切削参数对切削力的影响规律。利用该切削力公式可以指导切削参数的选择,以避免加工过程中切削力过大拉起蜂窝,影响加工质量。%The machining of NOMEX paper honeycomb core with combined tools produces a large quantity of dust. To solve this problem, we propose a new technique. Its core consists of: several working slots are machined with an end mill and then with the honeycomb cutter which has blade edge. The experimental results show that this technique produces no dust during the machining. To verify the technique, we design the orthogonal experiment on the high-speed machining of the honeycomb core and obtain the experimental data, machining force equation and effects of machining parameters on the cutting force. This equation can be used to select optimal parameters and to avoid too heavy cutting force from producing honeycomb, thus improving the machining quality.
