基于液驱混合动力车辆的蓄能器特性研究

         

摘要

对液驱混合动力车辆中的储能元件-蓄能器建立了相关的数学模型。对制动能量回收过程中蓄能器的比能量的变化进行了研究,分析了多变指数、充气压力等参数对蓄能器充放效率的影响,并根据指定工况对不同蓄能器体积下液压系统能量利用效率进行了仿真和讨论。对液驱混合动力车辆进行了蓄能器单独驱动和能量回收试验,发现蓄能器具有较高的制动能量回收率。同时对试验和仿真出现的差异进行了分析。%In this paper the mathematical models of hydraulic accumulator as the energy storage unit of hydraulic hybrid vehicles were established,the specific energy of the accumulator in the process of braking energy regeneration was studied,the influence of the polytropic exponent and precharge pressure on charging/discharging efficiency was analyzed.Based on the set test cycle,the energy utilizing efficiency of hydraulic system under different accumulator volume was simulated.The corresponding experiment of driving only by accumulator and energy regeneration were carried out,the experimental results showed that the accumulator has high efficiency of braking energy regeneration.The difference between the experimental and simulation results were analyzed.
