新型扭振减振器的结构静动态强度研究

         

摘要

利用有限元理论和工具计算和分析了一种新型扭振减振器的静动态应力应变及强度。首先用Hypermesh软件对在UG环境下建立的该新型扭振减振器实体模型进行前处理,再基于ANSYS,对该扭振减振器在静载荷(极限工作载荷)与动载荷(怠速和行驶工况下的实际工作载荷)作用下的应力和应变进行计算,并对其结构进行强度分析,在分析动态强度时,为精确计算出栽荷值,对动载激励进行频谱分析,得到减振器主要零件在静载作用下的最大等效应力及动载作用下的应力时间历程曲线。在动载作用下,减振器各零件均满足强度要求,怠速下各零件最大应力值大于行驶工况的值,而在静载作用下,铆钉这一零件不满足强度要求,为此,提出了两种改善铆钉强度的合理方法。%According to the boundary condition of practical working state and load condition for car transmission, the static and dynamic strength, stress and strain of a new torsional vibration damper under working load were analyzed. First of all, the solid model of the new damper established in UG( Unigraphies NX) was pretreated by resorting to the software Hypermesh. Then static and dynamic structural strength, stress and strain under static and dynamic load were analyzed respectively based on ANSYS software. Where, the static load is working load limit, the dynamic load includes real load of idle speed and running conditions. The maximum equivalent stress of main parts of damper under static load and the stress-time curve under dynamic load were obtained. The strength of parts meets the requirements under dynamic load, but the part of rivets can not meet strength requirement under static load. Finally, two kinds of reasonable methods were proposed to improve the strength of rivets.
