钢板弹簧的设计与分析方法综述

         

摘要

钢板弹簧是汽车上重要的高负荷安全部件,计算与设计方法比较复杂。近年来,对钢板弹簧设计和分析方法的研究有了长足的进步。将这些方法分为传统分析方法和现代分析方法,总结了各种设计方法的背景与发展过程,讨论新技术在钢板弹簧设计与分析中的应用,同时指出了各方法的优点和不足之处。最后,在总结全文的基础上对钢板弹簧设计与分析方法做出了展望。%The leaf spring is an very important security component with heavy load, the design approach is quite complex. The design and analysis approachs of leaf spring have been thoroughly studied in recent years. The design and analysis approachs of leaf spring are classified into two categories, classical approaches and modem approaches. The paper summarized the background and development process of these methods. And the advantages and disadvantages of these methods with the application of new technology in the design and analysis of leaf spring are discussed. Finally, an overview was made to suggestion were also proposed for the future studies on leaf spring design and analysis.
