集成TOC/TRIZ/Fuzzy的产品概念设计方法的研究

摘要

To achieve product innovational design effectively,a new method based on theory of constraint（TOC）,theory of invention problem solving（TRIZ） and fuzzy evaluation was put forward.In the method,key contradictions in product inmovational design were firstly determined by TOC.Then,the universal resolution were found by TRIZ.Finally,we can get the appropriate resolution by fuzzy evaluation.An application case of a line belt of tomato was used to illustrate the validity and efficiency of the method.%为有效的完成产品概念设计,提出了一种基于约束理论、创造性解决问题方法和模糊评价理论集成的产品概念设计模型。该模型用约束理论发现影响产品的主要矛盾,利用创造新解决问题理论找到问题的通用解决办法,最后,结合模糊评价理论分析出该问题的最优解。并采用了一个番茄输送带的应用实例来验证该方法的有效性。
