某型航空发动机燃-滑油热交换器模态试验中传感器布点优化策略

         

摘要

对某型航空发动机燃-滑油热交换器实物测量分析的基础上,在有限元软件ABAQUS中建立了其结构有限元模型并进行了模态分析。根据遗传算法原理,构造了一种基于正整数编码的改进遗传算法,利用Matlab编程完成了算法的实现,采用该方法对热交换器模态试验中传感器布点方案进行了优化,得到了传感器对应于其初始布置模式下的优化布置方案。%Based on the measure and analysis of heat exchanger used in an aero-engine,a finite element method program,ABAQUS,was used to develop the model of the heat exchanger and for process modal analysis.An ameliorative integer coded genetic algorithm,which was designed on the principle of genetic algorithm and carried out by Matlab,was applied to optimize sensor placement.The optimum sensor placement of the aero-engine heat exchanger corresponding to its primal sensor placement was obtained.Guidance for the practical sensor placement for the modal tests of aero-engine heat exchanger is also provided.
