随钻声波测井井下仪器现场维护与保障系统设计

         

摘要

Aiming at the particularity of acoustic logging-while-drilling and down-hole instrument, an appropriative system of field maintenance and protection is proposed. The core of the system design is based on ARM9 microprocessor and embedded Linux system. In the system, sending commands and reading data are implemented through serial communication. Receiving commands and the function of the two-way transmission of data with the upper computer are realized by USB bus, besides the transmission of remote data is completed through the Ethernet. Inorder to be able to update the down-hole circuit program without dismantling the instrument application environment in time, serial port simulating JTAG port is used to complete updating the downloaded programs of DSP and CPLD in the down-hole instrument circuit. It is found that the system effectively enhances convenience and maintainability of the acoustic logging-while-drilling down-hole instrument, also with strong expansibility and so on.%针对随钻声波测井及其井下仪器的特殊性,提出了随钻声波测井井下仪器现场维护与保障系统的设计.本系统核心基于ARM9微处理器和嵌入式Linux系统,利用串口通信实现对井下仪器命令的下发、数据的读取,通过USB总线完成命令的接收以及同上位机的数据双向传输,借助以太网完成远程数据的准确传输.为了能在不拆卸仪器的现场应用环境下及时更新井下仪器电路中的程序,还用串口模拟JTAG口完成井下仪器电路中DSP和CPLD的程序更新下载.本系统有效地增强了随钻声波测井井下仪器的便捷性和可维护性,同时具有扩展性强等优点.
