机载数字式燃油测量控制系统测试技术

         

摘要

为保证飞机数字式燃油测量控制系统的设计性能指标和工作可靠性,利用虚拟仪器技术开发了一种飞机数字式燃油测量控制测试系统.建立了有效的模拟仿真模型和基于虚拟仪器的数据处理软件程序,提高了机载数字式燃油测量控制系统测试的精度和自动化程度.准确测试出机载数字式燃油测量控制系统各种工作状态下的性能指标,其测试结果与理论设计要求相符.机载数字式燃油测量控制系统测试技术的开发和应用对飞机燃油测量控制系统的改进和设计具有一定的指导意义.%In order to ensure the design performance indexes and reliability of aircraft digital fuel instrumentation and control system, a digital fuel instrumentation and control system for aircraft is developed by using the virtual instrument technology. An effective simulation model and the data processing software program based on virtual instrument are built, then the test accuracy and automation procedures of this system are improved. The system can accurately measure performance indexes under various operating conditions and these results consistent with theoretical design requirements. The development and application of the test technology for the system have a certain guiding significance to the design and improvement of the system in aircraft.
