汽车座椅检测装置的研制

         

摘要

设计了以SIMATIC S7-300系列PLC为核心控制器的汽车座椅检测装置.测控系统通过TCP/IP协议将PLC与组态王开发的人机界面相连;通过采用零漂移补偿以及软硬件滤波技术,提高了测试信号的精度和稳定性;编程中采用的模块化结构,使程序的执行效率大大提高,且具有良好的可读性和易维护性.该设备已成功应用于企业实际生产中,提升了企业对产品性能的检测能力和水平.%A detection device for car seat based on the core controller of SIMATIC S7-300 is designed. The PLC and the human machine interface developed by KingView configure software are connected by TCP/IP protocol. The accuracy and stability of the testing data are improved by the zero-drift compensation and software and hardware filtering. The efficiency of the program execution is greatly increased and has good readability and maintainability by the modularized program. The device has been successfully used by the enterprise, the detecting ability and level are improved.
