非全周开口滑阀阀口面积快速计算方法

摘要

以圆形孔节流槽为例，提出了联合MATLAB/EXCEL软件快速计算非全周开口滑阀阀口面积的方法，详细阐述了圆形孔节流槽阀口面积快速计算的步骤。此方法具有操作简便、不易出错等优点，大大提高了工程人员对滑阀阀口面积计算速度和阀芯节流槽的设计速度。%Taking circular orifice notches as example,the method that MATLAB and EXcellwere combined to calculate orifice area of spool valve with orifice quickly was presented. The rapid calculation process of circular orifice notches' area was elaborated. This calculation method has the advantages of simple,convenient and less prone to error and so on,so engineer's calculate speed of the orifice area and design speed of spool notches are improved greatly.
